I am wondering if anyone out there has successfully used an anti-GFP antibody on methanol-acetone fixed worms besides a rabbit anti-GFP.
I had good luck with Chemicon chicken anti-GFP (AB16901). They were bought out by Millipore but it is still available.

It worked fine for me at a dilution of 1:200, with FITC-conjugated anti-chicken secondaries from Jackson Immunolabs.
