Assistant/associate professor position at Middle Tennessee State University

The Department of Biology at Middle Tennessee State University invites applications for two assistant/associate professor positions: Cell Biologist and Microbiologist. MTSU is the largest unit in the Tennessee Board of Regents system with over 25,400 students. Construction is underway for a 250,000 square foot building that will provide teaching and research space for the Biology and Chemistry departments. MTSU Biology is a large department with a wide range of research activities. Biologists who are interested in engaging students of all levels in their research are especially encouraged to apply. The Biology department offers B.S. and M.S. degrees and also participates in the new Molecular Biosciences doctoral program.
