As you might know, SIGMA stops to distribute a chitinase of Serratia marcescens, which is used to get rid of egg shell for blastomere manipulation. I tested the other chitinases from SIGMA, but all of them can be solved in the egg buffer. Does anyone already have any provision for this situation?

We routinely perform cell culture in our lab. We use the chitinase from Trichoderma viride with no difference in activity.
