CK# cDNA clones and availability

In the “reagents” section of some gene pages one can find long lists of CK# clones (e.g. CK123456), while for other gene pages there are no CK# clones listed (only yk clones and a few others). Are these available as individual clones, or are they part of a large -omics set? Thanks!

I went randomly went to one page, http://www.wormbase.org/species/c_elegans/sequence/CK583548#049312--10-9

if you look at the information section, it says it’s from the “AD-wrmcDNA library”, where AD stands for activation domain, from the Y2H study by Walhout and Vidal (2001a), probably better off getting the Vidal ORFeome from Dharmacon

Ah, interactome. Thanks!

And these days just synthesizing the cDNA is often cheaper than buying it.
