Hi, I’m new to C.elegans field. Does anyone here know where can I find out more about esp-1 or tnt-3(aj3) worms? I found that this mutant has a rather small body size and looks more transparent relative to N2. It grows slower than N2 and very often I couldn’t get synchronous staged worms even with egg-prep. Thank you!
