Genome sequence for Hawaiian strain CB 4856

Hi

Does anybody have the full genome sequence (or at least all of chromosome 4) from the Hawaiian strain CB 4856? If you do we would be interested in obtaining a copy.

Hi,
We don’t have a full version of the sequence but the SNPs can be downloaded from WormMart with this query

This is a link to a WormMart query for all CB4856 SNPs. Unfortunately, the latest version of WormMart is WS195 so the coordinates will be off in places because of genome sequence changes. You can convert to whatever release you want using the tool described here

if you take the snp collection available on wormmart and the supplemental table from this paper: http://genome.cshlp.org/content/17/3/337.abstract?cited-by=yes&legid=genome;17/3/337

i think you can get a good composite of what is there and what isn’t.
