How to collect pseudocoelomic fluid?

Does anyone have any suggestions for how pseudocoelomic fluid of C. elegans could be collected?

With great difficulty I would imagine! Actually, I’d be very interested if there is a way.

In small formats it’s possible to use two capillary needles to gently open the worms. One could for example nick the cuticle of multiple worms in a small volume of buffer with no detergents, and then pass that through a filter w/ very low cutoff (~3kDa). To do it in a larger format might be more complicated, but I would venture it could be done.
