integration of ex. chromosomal arrays

I would like to integrate some ex. arrays. I recently moved to a new lab where we don’t have access to gamma irradiation anymore. How do people find alternative protocols (UV-based or Cs137 exposure) ? Any direction to a good (efficient) protocol would be much appreciated. Thanks

If you go to WormBook to the Methods section, there is a protocol that uses a Stratagene UV crosslinker.
