I have raised an antiserum against the elegans version of a protein I study (DNA Cell Biol. 1998 Aug;17(8):727-34. Cloning and functional analysis of C. elegans 7B2.) (note that this worm gene was apparently recently renamed sbt-1, not sure why). I have however never been able to test this antiserum because I no longer have a source of elegans to Western blot or to do immunocytochemistry with. Would anyone be willing to send me leftover worms in Laemmli sample buffer so I can test this antiserum by Western blotting?
