I will very much appreciate if anyone can let me know where to get a list of C. elegans balancers carrying any fluorescent marker

Antonio,

I find both the wormbook guide (http://www.wormbook.org/chapters/www_geneticbalancers/geneticbalancers.html) and the moermon list (http://www.zoology.ubc.ca/~dgmweb/research1_strains2.htm) to be very helpful in this regard. Not all the balancers have fluorescent versions, but most do. Happy crossing!
