I’d like to buy a camera for an epifluorescent microscope (we have an Olympus BX50) that will enable me to take movies of live embryos expressing GFP at a low level. Does anyone have a suggestion for this? Are there specific cameras to consider or to avoid? Which camera specs should I be paying closest attention to?
