Does anyone know of a vector set up for MosSCI using hygromycin selection rather than unc-119?
We have been using hygromycin for MiniMos and really like it.
Funny you ask, Victor Jensen just put forward a similar question on Twitter yesterday. Zhiping Wang (used to be in Chisholm lab I think, now in her own group) presented a set of vectors for “CasSCI” at the last worm meeting. I tried these and they worked well. I don’t think that they ever got published though.
