Does anyone have a suggestion for a company to raise a good peptide antibody?
I need to raise a peptide antibody that is good for western blot and IP.
If you have successfully raised yours, please let me know the information.

I have used YenZym (www.yenzym.com) in Burlingame CA before with really superb results.

We have used Bethyl Lab (www.bethyl.com) in TX with excellent results. Rueyling Lin’s lab has also used them - for example, see her Cell paper (2004; v. 117, pp 95-106)
