My lab is working on inducing dauer formation in C. elegans using Daumone. We would like to purchase it commercially since the attempts to synthesize and concentrate it naturally have failed (undergrads…). I have found it produced by KDR Biotech out of Korea but due to problems within our university’s purchasing department buying out of the USA can be problematic. Does anyone know where I can locate a US supplier of this pheromone?
