PhD position on host-pathogen interactions in Germany

The PhD project aims at a comprehensive experimental test of the consequences of host-pathogen coevolution. It is based on a selection experiment under controlled laboratory conditions followed by extensive phenotypic and molecular analysis. The position will be located in the newly founded Schulenburg group at Kiel University, Northern Germany, and it will be part of a German priority programme on host-parasite coevolution, including many interactions both within Germany and across Europe.
