Hi, everyone
I got a mutant through EMS mutagenesis.Its phenotype is motor neuron axon left/right choice error. Unfortunately, I know a little about this phentype and papers related this phenotype seem only a few. Does anyone have some suggestions or ideas for me? And i find it is unefficient to do RNAi of neurons. If anyone have experience with neuron RNAi, please give me some useful suggestions to do RNAi of neuron efficiently.

Hi, For doing Neuronal RNAI, I would recommend you to try stains like eri-1 or rrf-3 which have faired as stains to use for neuronal genes with fair success.

i would also suggest mapping it. if it’s not a loss of function mutation then neuronal RNAi will be uninformative.
