C.elegans Neurobiology and Behavior
We are seeking to identify a post-doctoral fellow for a project studying neural circuits and behavior. Our lab is at the Salk Institute in sunny San Diego. We use a combination of genetics, behavioral analysis and imaging in the C.elegans model to analyze how neural circuits respond to environmental signals and generate appropriate behaviors. We are particularly interested in dissecting the pathways integrating sensory information over time at the gene, the cell, and the neural network levels.
