A postdoctoral fellow position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Wen Tang at The Ohio State University. Our group is interested in understanding the mechanisms involved in formation and function of small RNAs. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with interests in RNA biology and epigenetics. This position is best suited for someone who loves both laboratory and computational research, and wants to pursue an academic career.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate must hold a Ph.D. degree. The candidate should have strong research background in molecular biology, genetics or related fields, and provide evidence of scientific productivity. Experience with c. elegans culture or microinjection is desired. Experience with design, execution, and bioinformatic analysis of deep sequencing studies is also desirable.
