A postdoctoral position is currently available at Yale University in the Reinke laboratory, which focuses on genomic analysis of C. elegans germ cell development. Multiple projects investigating gene regulatory mechanisms, piRNA biogenesis, and small molecule mediation of the oocyte-to-embryo transition are available. Prior experience in genomic assays, C. elegans development, and/or computational analysis is preferred.
