Postdoctoral Position in C.elegans checkpoint and aging studies

A 3 year postdoctoral position is available immediately in the lab of Dr.
Anders Olsen in the Department of Molecular Biology at the University of Aarhus,
Denmark. The candidate will use C. elegans to study the genetics of aging
and cancer with focus on the role of checkpoint proteins in the aging process
and their involvement in age-related diseases.

The position is funded by the Lundbeck Foundation and the candidate
must have a strong CV to qualify for the fellowship. A strong background in C.elegans
genetics and training in molecular biology is strongly preferred. Candidates
trained in cell cycle and checkpoint biology are also encourage to apply.

The candidate must have strong communication skills and have the
ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
