A post-doctoral position is available to investigate molecular mechanisms underlying translational regulation in the germline of C. elegans. The project focuses on understanding how RNA-protein granules are formed in the germline, and how their regulation facilitates reproduction and embryonic development. A strong background in molecular biology or biochemistry is essential, and experience working with C. elegans a plus. For more information see our website (www.med.monash.edu.au/biochem/staff/boag.html) or email directly.

Highly motivated individuals are invited to apply by sending their CV, statement of research interest and names of three references with phone numbers to peter.boag@med.monash.edu.au
