in Table 1:

- bec-1 is T19E7.3 not T19E7.4 (T19E7.4 was removed in WS51)
- D2007.5 has as cgc approved gene name atg-13 since February 2008
- unc-51 is Y60A3A.1 as it is cloned (other name is atg-1)
- let-512 / B0025.1 is actually called vps-34 (the other name is let-512)
- ZK792.8 & Y87G2A.3 were named atg-4.1 and atg-4.2 respectively
- some sequence names are hyperlinked, but not all
- K06A1.5 & F02E8.5 were named atg-16.2 / atg-16.1
- M03A8.2 was named atg-2
