Does anyone know of a chemical treatment to prevent worms from having progeny, other than FUDR (or anything involving RNAi)?

What do you mean exactly mean?

You could use sperm deficient (fem-1) or sperm defective (spe-9) worms. They will not able to produce progeny.

I’m looking for a chemical treatment that will make worms sterile, not a genetic treatment. FUDR as a chemical treatment is great, but it interferes with my assay.
