I am trying to prepare an Ivermectin solution 1000uM in M9 with 5% of DMSO and I am facing problemas to dilute it. I first diluted the IVM in the DMSO and added M9
after and everything precipitated. I have also tried to dilute until 250uM, but it still present many crystals.
I have already seem some papers which said to use IVM in C. elegans assays at 1000uM in M9, but for me it seems impossible to make it soluble at this concentration.
Does anyone have already passed through this? Any ideia ?
