I 've been trying to find the pWORMgate pro vector (or anything similar) which enables for gateway-compatible promoter-driven gene knockdown by hairpin RNA interference. Has anybody used this vector with success and could share an aliquot of it?

Its been awhile since you posted and may have found what you need, but thought I would reply anyway.
We have tried to use pWormgate and pWormgatePro and have had little success in actually building the construct. The main problem, is the plasmid will form a hairpin in bacteria and bacteria do not like hairpins. We’ve tried many times to insert our cDNA and fail to obtain transformed clones. Unless there is a strain of bacteria that can tolerate the hairpins, I would suggest another strategy.
