We are looking for a research technician to assist in lab research related to the basic cell biology of the actin cytoskeleton and to help with daily operations of the laboratory including maintaining inventories, preparing solutions and media, ordering supplies and assisting with experiments. The position requires a BS in biology or a related discipline. Experience with C. elegans and microscopy preferred. Previous genetics or molecular cell biology research experience required. Must be able to maintain meticulous records of experimental procedures. Enthusiasm for research and passion to learn desired. Working cooperatively with others as part of a team is essential.
