RNAi in liquid culture?

Hello,

Can you preform RNAi on worms in liquid culture? And if so what is the recommended protocol?

It is similar to the standard liquid culture condition.

I always resuspend bacterial 20x in S media, add Amp + Tet to normal concentration, and IPTG to 2 mM.

Then put starved L1 inside, and shake at 20oC for 3 days to get gravid adults.
