I am working with S. stercoralis and T canis. I want to develop a PCR for diagnosis in human.
When a I make the DNA isolation- ethanol precipitation electrophoresis gel , I can not see the DNA.
However , If I only do the lysis buffer and make the electrophoresis gel, I can see DNA . I think the problem is that there are few parasites in the sample or in the DNA precipitation.
