I am looking for a talented research technician for my laboratory in the Biodesign Institute at the Arizona State University, Tempe campus.
My laboratory studies mechanisms of alternative polyadenylation and post-transcriptional gene regulation using both C. elegans and human cell lines.
The research technician will perform a variety of basic laboratory tasks, such as interacting with sales representative, prepare and submit orders, receive and store
lab supplies; perform data collection and general laboratory upkeep and maintenance; prepare general lab solutions, pour agarose plates, sterilize glassware, etc.;
enter data into various Web based internal databases.
