Toxicity in C. elegans

Hello ,

Can anyone suggest me any drug like Paraquat which have a toxic effect on the mitochondria in C. elegans?

Like paraquat acts upon complex I of mitochondria, any other drug acting upon different component?

Can you please tell, the optimum concentration which is used for Sodium Azide assay for checking worm lethality ?
