worm Gene sets for microarray analysis

Hello Worm community,

We are a microarray laboratory. We do a lot of bioinformatics as well.

We are looking for phenotype based or GO based worm gene sets to analyze worm microarray data.

We would also like to compare them against human disease and mouse phenotype gene set collections that we generated recently.

Are any worm gene sets available.

I am sure you can create lists of gene <-> phenotype and gene <-> Gene Ontology through WormMart.
As far as i can remember it is also possible to create a list of genes that have human orthologs from the OMIM database through WormMart
