Does anyone know if the worm strains generated by Waterson lab for cell lineaging was constructed by co-injection of GFP-HIS and mCherry-promoter
constructs of whether GFP-HIS strain was crossed into mCherry-promoter strain? I’d like to know whether I can follow mCherry-promoter using GFP-HIS
as a marker since mCherry-promoter that I need is weakly expressed…
