Y65B4A cosmid clone

Hi All,

Does anyone have the bacterial stock for Y65B4A cosmid clone in their lab? I wished to use this for cloning purpose. I would be very grateful if someone would be willing to share it with me.

Y65B4A is a YAC, not a cosmid (the Y prefix says this; it can also be seen at the top of the WormBase Clone Report for Y65B4A). This may make it rather harder to use it for cloning.

Although there’s a chance some lab might have it lying around, the place to go for cosmids and YACs from the physical map is the Sanger. You can find more information at the WormBase Wiki on this topic.
