z2/z3 specific promoters

are there any genes specifically expressed in z2/z3 cells? Thanks very much.

Hi Dear,
Usually for Germline expression people use pie-1 promoter and if you use nos-2 3’UTR, you can restrict expression to P4 and z2/z3 cells only
