This is right next to the commuter train station Alvsjö at the Stockholm Fair grounds, and can therefore be easily reach by public transport from Stockholm central and Arlanda airport.

The meeting is open to all interested participants. Registration is free!
Partipants of the Network have free food and accommodation supported by the Nordforsk Network Grant. Participants in Stockholm get only free food.
For other participants: Fees for food and accommodation are charged by the conference venue, total cost for the duration of the meeting, including two nights in a single room: ~ 3400 SEK. Daytime participation including dinner is ~ 650 SEK.
Non-Network participants from Nordic countries can apply for financial support from the Steering committee (Garry Wong)
