a GFP tagged TF or histone in C. briggsae or another nematode species

Hi everyone,

We would like to use a GFP tagged protein in C. briggsea for C. elegans ChIP-seq spike in control.

For this, a stable integrated expression line with a GFP tagged histone or a transcription factor, in any species that is sufficiently diverged from elegans, and easy to grow would work for us.

Do you know of any such lines?

Have you seen Zhao et al 2010? Specifically the strain RW20022?
