Hi, was wondering if anyone know of a fusion that gives solid GFP in adult worms only. I’ve been looking at spermatogenesis, embryogenesis, vulval muscle, etc etc genes and haven’t come across a good one. Still searchin but was hoping someone already knew of one.

The vitellogenin GFP is adult specific in hermaphrodites.
