Ahringer RNAi Library - vendor recommendations

Hi All,

Our lab is looking to purchase the Ahringer RNAi library. I would be grateful for vendor recommendations (or recommendations to stay away from specific vendors) for correctness of clone, completeness of library, quality of storage materials/packaging etc. Thank you.

We got the complete set from Source Bioscience, including supplements (orginals were sjj clones, supplments are sjj2 clones)

No guarantees. We PCR verify the insert for any RNAi we use experimentally. I wouldn’t do that for screening: just accept the low error rate and move on.
