The 7.0.0 release updates the Allele pages’ Disease Associations table:
- This table has a new column, Disease Qualifier. The qualifier describes whether an allele may be, for example, implicated in the onset of a disease or implicated in the severity of a disease.
- The “View” pop-up for the Annotation Details column has expanded to include much more information. New columns and information include Association, Genetic Modifiers, Genetic Sex, Notes, and Annotation Type.
- The Download file from the allele page Disease Associations table now includes additional information as well. New columns and information include Allele Association, Genetic Entity Association, Disease Qualifier, Evidence Code Abbreviation, Experimental Conditions, Genetic Modifier Relation, Genetic Modifier IDs, Genetic Modifier Names, Genetic Sex, Notes, Annotation Type, and Source URL.
A new Submit Data page is available and is discoverable under our Alliance website header “Data and Tools” menu:
