Amherst College Visiting Professor of Biochemistry/Cell Biology

The Amherst College Department of Biology seeks a Visiting Assistant
Professor in the area of Biochemistry or Cell Biology, beginning in July
2008. The position is funded and renewable for up to three years.
Teaching responsibilities will include an upper-level course in
Biochemistry or Cell Biology and the introductory-level course
“Molecules, Genes, and Cells” (team-taught). The successful candidate
will be expected to carry out research in his/her area of expertise and
to involve undergraduate students in these efforts. Research space,
shared equipment, and modest research funds will be provided.

Ph.D. required and postdoctoral experience preferred. Send curriculum
