antibody against phosphorylated DAF-16

Hi All,

Is anyone aware of an antibody that is specific for phospho DAF-16? I might need to use such an antibody that allows me to distinguish phosphorylated form from the unphosphorylated form.

I’m not aware of a phospho-specific antibody for DAF-16, but there is activity-dependent shuttling in and out of the nucleus, which may serve your needs. See this paper from the Kenyon lab: PMID: 11381260. muIs61 and muIs71 are at the CGC.
