The Department of Molecular and Cellular Physiology at Stanford University School of Medicine has an opening for a full-time, tenure-track position at the ASSISTANT PROFESSOR or ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR rank for studies of biological signaling at the molecular, cellular, tissue, and systems levels. Within this broad scope, research areas of special interest include but are not limited to: receptors, channels and transporters; cell, tissue and neural circuit assembly and function; intra- and intercellular communication; and computational approaches to link function across organizational levels from molecules to whole organisms.
