Hello! Does anyone have any autosomal SEC insertions generated by CRISPR that you would be willing to share for a high school research project for ISEF? The project is to model and analyze Cre recombinase excision efficiency for autosomal insertions. Having at least one insertion strain for each autosome would be fantastic. Targeted gene doesn’t matter at all, but it would be preferable if excision is not leaky. Already published strains are perfect. Just need the CRISPR insertion intermediate strain, not the tag strain. If you know of any such strains available from the CGC, let us know. We have already tried JDW220 and JDW222, but these seem to have fecundity issues that limit F1 broods for scoring. Thank you!
