Hi All,
21 years ago Hochedlinger & Jaenisch published the generation of cloned mice by nuclear transfer from mature B and T donor cells.
I was wondering whether any of those mice have had their genomes sequenced, as I am curious to see whether there was any off-target recombination events, in addition to the expected recombination.
