bacterial symbionts of Nematodes

Hi,

I saw that some nematodes (some Heterorhabditae , Strongyloidae and Onchocerciae - based on a quick google search) seem to have endosymbiontic bacteria.
Did/does anyone study the diversity and potential influences on phenotype?
