Hello everyone,
I want to treat my worms with Bafilomycin to modulate autophagy but they die as soon as I add Bafilomycin. I tried two different protocols found in previously publlished papers (incubation in M9 and injection), and failed at keeping my worms alive in both cases.
Can I add Bafilomycin to the NGM? Or does anyone have a different protocol?
I would appreciate any advice or information!
