Does anyone know of a decent balancer for a lethal gene on LG IV around -13.0?
This seems to be in a gap region for the old translocation balancers and the new tdTomato-histone Mos1 insert transgenes from Christian Frøkjær-Jensen.
Suggestions of an existing linked double mutant strain for this purpose would be welcome.
