Does anyone know if brefeldin A can diffuse through the cuticle? Only information I could find on the web was treatment of blastomeres with BFA. If anyone has an experience i would really appreciate any information, such as concentrations, conditions, does it disrupt Golgi, any other effects, etc.

Hello. My understanding is that BFA does not pass thru the C. elegans eggshell. (See Skop et al. 2001.) However, I am unsure if anyone knows about the cuticle.
