Bioinformatics PhD fellowship (worm innate immunity), South of France

The Ewbank group combines classical genetic approaches with genome-wide functional genomics to dissect the signaling networks that control the response of C. elegans to infection by natural fungal pathogens. We are looking for a graduate student with a strong background in bioinformatics to conduct a 3-year funded PhD research project at the CIML, Marseille, France. Experience in Perl, SQL, Java, PHP and R would be an advantage. Starting date: before December 2012.
