Biotin in ECM

Hello,

By any chance does one of you know if worms have biotin in the ECM (and a paper which demonstrate that)? If Yes Does a mutant exist (the bpl-1 or coq-5 mutants?)

Information on available mutants can be found be searching WormBase (select Genetics tab) and the Caenorhabditis Genome Center for the gene of interest.
